Shipping and Return
Our return policy is 14 days from date of receipt. Any qualifying order can request a refund within 14 days for any reason. If you are in the US, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide you with a return label to our warehouse.
Returns are at customer’s expense, so we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels to our international customers. Please contact our customer service team for instructions for international returns.
We will not refund items missing original packaging or tags, and the items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. We will not provide a refund if we ship a package to the address you provided to us when you ordered, and the package is undeliverable at that address.

- A customer must get in contact with Forever Happy Shop in the allocated number of days in order to qualify for a refund or a replacement product.
- If a customer opts for a monetary refund then that refund will be processed by the third-party payment system they used on this website.
- Buyers must pay for the product in full before the product is shipped out, failure to do so will result in the customer not receiving their product.
- All refunds and replacement are only valid if the product has never arrived or that it is damaged.
- The shipping cost of a product a customer would like to return needs to be covered by the customer.
- Any requests for refunds or returns must be forwarded to the contact options provided on the website, failure to do so make you ineligible for a refund.
- Refunds are only valid if the customer has returned the product.
